We are committed to providing industry-relevant, job-oriented skill training to every candidate who enrols with us. We customise our training to the demand from industry and always work with the latest technology.

Two ways to train
- Government-sponsored schemes: we have trained more than 2,000 candidates under government-sponsored skill training schemes.
- Fee-based programmes: we have trained more than 4,000 candidates under our fee-based training model.
Our counsellors will tell you which programmes and batches are currently open and which route suits you.
How our training is built
- A baseline survey before each programme, so that we train for job roles that are in demand locally.
- Customised curriculum: for employer-linked programmes we include the employer’s products and internal processes.
- Blended delivery: classroom training combined with online learning and hand-holding.
- Assessment and certification: preparation for assessment, with assistance for reputed third-party certifications.
- Placement support: our dedicated placement team works to connect you with suitable openings.
- Impact study: after training, we follow up with candidates, parents and employers to keep improving.
Where we train
Our training infrastructure is in Delhi/NCR, at a prime location that is easily reachable by public transport.
