Training linked to real jobs
SkillMan InfoCorp trains candidates for entry-level jobs in six sectors: electronics, IT and ITeS, logistics, media and entertainment, tourism and hospitality, and banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI). We are also affiliated to the Skill Council for Green Jobs.
Each sector has its own tools, language and ways of working. A warehouse depends on accurate scanning and dispatch, a hotel front desk on courtesy and correct billing, and an animation studio on software skills and deadlines. Training built around one sector means you go into an interview already knowing how the work is done.
Why sector-specific skills matter
- Employers can see what you are able to do from the first day, which makes it easier for them to hire you.
- You learn the tools, safety practices and customer habits that the job actually needs.
- Sector skill councils, set up with industry participation, define the skills expected in each job role, so employers know what a trained candidate should be able to do.
- A clear starting role makes it easier to plan your next step. Many of our trained candidates progress quickly, reaching supervisory positions with limited industry experience.

How we decide what to offer
Every programme starts with a baseline survey of the area, covering factors such as employment, competition, selection of job roles and availability of trainers. We offer only programmes with strong market demand for employability, and we update them to match the latest trends and industry demand. This means the programmes running at any time can change, so our counsellors will share current batch details with you.
