‘My Career My Choice’ is SkillMan’s initiative to help every young person receive career guidance from industry-expert professionals. SkillMan also offers counselling and career guidance to school and college pass-outs through professionals with vast experience in the education sector.

Open the Career Counselling form, choose a date, pick one of the time slots shown as available, fill in your details and submit. You will receive a reference number, which you can use with your mobile number to track your booking.

Try the Career Finder, a short questionnaire that suggests sectors and job roles based on your answers. You can then read about those roles in the Job Role Explorer and discuss them with a counsellor by booking a session.

Share your requirement through the Employer Hiring Requirement form, with your organisation’s name, your contact details and the roles you want to fill. You will get a reference number, and our recruiters will work with you to connect you with relevant job aspirants.

SkillMan trains candidates in Electronics, IT/ITeS, Logistics, Media & Entertainment, Tourism & Hospitality and BFSI (banking, financial services and insurance). Yes. SkillMan provides e-learning solutions for different skill sets, with assistance for reputed international third-party assessments and certifications. Its blended training combines online learning with hand-holding support.

Every form on this portal gives you a reference number when you submit it. Enter that number and the mobile number you used in the form on the Track Your Request page to see the current status and the status history.

Use the Grievance & Feedback form, which gives you a reference number immediately. We aim to respond within 7 working days, and unresolved matters are escalated to the management, as explained in our Grievance Redressal Policy.

Our forms collect only the details needed to handle your request, such as your name and mobile number, and only with your consent; we use them to respond to you, provide the service you asked for and improve our services.
