Our commitment
SkillMan InfoCorp Private Limited wants everyone to be able to use this portal, including persons with disabilities, people who use assistive technologies and people browsing on mobile phones.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) as our benchmark, and we aim to meet them whenever we design, build or update the portal.
Accessibility features
- Skip to main content: a link at the start of each page lets keyboard and screen reader users jump past the menu.
- Text resize: the A-, A and A+ controls make text smaller, reset it to normal, or make it larger.
- High-contrast mode: switches the portal to a high-contrast colour scheme for easier reading.
- Keyboard navigation: every link, button and form field can be used with a keyboard, and a visible outline shows where you are on the page.
- Clear structure: headings and page landmarks help assistive technologies describe each page.
- Text alternatives: images and icons that carry meaning have text alternatives.
- Responsive layout: pages adjust to fit mobile phones and tablets.
- No flashing content: nothing on the portal flashes.
Your text-size and contrast choices are remembered in your browser, so they stay in place as you move between pages.
Known limitations
We keep working to improve accessibility, but some content may not yet fully meet our benchmark:
- Some older documents, such as PDF files, may not be fully accessible to screen readers. If you need one in an accessible format, please ask us.
- External websites that we link to are outside our control and may not follow the same standards.
Report an accessibility problem
If you find any part of the portal difficult to use, please tell us. It helps if you include:
- the address (URL) of the page;
- what you were trying to do and the problem you faced;
- the device, browser and any assistive technology you were using.
Write to info@skillmaninfocorp.com, call +91 987-321-6968, or use the Grievance & Feedback form. The form gives you a reference number straight away, so you can follow progress on Track Your Request.
