How to Use This Portal

Finding your way around

Use the main menu to move between sections, or type a word or phrase into site search. The sitemap lists all the main pages in one place. You can change the text size with the A-, A and A+ controls and switch on high-contrast mode at any time.

Filling in a form

All our forms work in the same way:

1. Open the form you need from the list below.
2. Enter your name and mobile number, and your email address where asked.
3. Add the details requested, such as your preferred sector or your organisation’s name.
4. Tick the consent box. A form cannot be submitted without your consent.
5. Submit the form.
6. Note down the reference number you receive. You will need it to track your request.

Which form to use

• Training Enquiry: ask about a skill training programme. Our counsellors will share current batch details with you.
• Career Counselling: book a session. Choose a date first, and the form shows the time slots still available for that date. Pick a slot and submit.
• Employer Hiring Requirement: employers can share details of the roles they want to fill.
• Business Services Enquiry: ask about process orientation or start-up support.
• Grievance & Feedback: raise a complaint or share a suggestion.
• Contact: send us any other question.

Tracking your request

1. Go to Track Your Request.
2. Enter your reference number and the mobile number you used in the form.
3. See the current status of your request and its status history.

Keep your reference number private, as it gives access to the status of your request.

Exploring careers

Career Finder

The Career Finder is a short interactive questionnaire. Answer each question and it will suggest sectors and job roles that may suit you. Treat the results as a starting point and discuss them in a counselling session.

Job Role Explorer

The Job Role Explorer is a searchable database of job roles. Type a job title or keyword, or filter by sector, to find roles that interest you and learn what they involve.
