Who we are

SkillMan InfoCorp Private Limited is a team of young professionals with rich experience in the skilling and training domain. Our founders are first-generation entrepreneurs with more than 20 years of experience in training and education.

We work with young people who want a job-ready skill, and with employers who need trained people. Our work covers skill training, staffing and recruitment, career guidance, e-learning, process orientation for businesses and start-up support.

Our journey

We started with just 10 candidates. The goodwill each of those candidates created in the market helped us grow our business to the next level. Since then we have:

• trained more than 2,000 candidates under government-sponsored skill training schemes
• trained more than 4,000 candidates under our fee-based training model
• placed more than 1,100 candidates with reputed employers
• maintained a success rate of more than 90%

Many of our trained candidates have grown quickly in their careers, reaching supervisory positions with limited industry experience.

Where we work

We train candidates in six sectors: Electronics, IT/ITeS, Logistics, Media & Entertainment, Tourism & Hospitality, and BFSI. We are also affiliated to the Skill Council for Green Jobs. Our training infrastructure is in Delhi/NCR, at a prime location that is easy to reach by public transport, and our office is at B-99, Avantika Sector-1, Rohini, Delhi.
