Our mission is to become the largest pool of skilled, industry-relevant people, matched to what our industry actually demands, and to boost the employability of every young person we train.
Our vision
Unemployment is one of the biggest challenges our country faces. Our vision is to help overcome it by making each Indian youth skilled and employable, and to succeed by serving society and industry together.
What this means in practice
Our mission and vision shape the way we plan and run every programme:
- Demand first. We offer only programmes that have strong market demand in terms of employability, so that training leads to work.
- Training that stays current. We customise training to industry demand and keep updating our programmes in line with the latest trends and technology.
- Support beyond the classroom. Candidates get career guidance before they choose a programme and placement support after it.
- Outcomes that count. We judge our work by results: candidates who are certified, employed and growing in their careers.
- Serving society and industry together. Employers get people who are ready to contribute, and young people and their families get a stable livelihood.
