Placement Support

How SkillMan's dedicated placement team works with employers to connect trained candidates with suitable job openings.

From training to work

Training is the first half of the journey. The second half is finding the right job. SkillMan has a dedicated placement team committed to helping each candidate find employment with good organisations. So far, we have placed 1,100+ candidates with reputed employers.

How it works

Our recruiters work closely with employers to understand the roles they need to fill and the skills they are looking for. They then connect employers with candidates whose training and interests match those roles. Because we only offer programmes with strong market demand for employability, your training is aimed at skills that employers are hiring for.

Placement support generally includes:

  • Matching. Our team looks at your job role, skills and interests to identify openings that suit you.
  • Interview preparation. We help you get ready to present yourself with confidence, answer common questions and make a good first impression.
  • Connecting you with employers. We share suitable openings with you and help arrange interviews.

Our placement partners

Our placement partners have included OYO, Burger King, Domino’s, PrismArt Productions, Digi Toonz, OM Logistics Limited, Pizza Hut, Micromax, McDonald’s, KFC and Flipkart, among many others. Openings with any employer depend on its needs at the time.

An honest word about jobs

No genuine training provider can guarantee a job, and we do not make that promise. Employers make their own hiring decisions. What we offer is real effort: our team works to connect you with suitable openings. Your attendance, skills, attitude and interview performance make a big difference to the outcome.

Be careful of anyone who promises a guaranteed job in return for money. Our guide How to Spot Fake Job Offers explains the warning signs.

Growing after placement

Your first job is a starting point, not the finish line. Our trained candidates progress quickly, and many reach supervisory positions even with limited industry experience. Reliability, a willingness to learn and good teamwork help you grow. Read From Trainee to Supervisor to see how.

How you can prepare

  • Attend your training regularly and complete your assessment.
  • Keep your CV, certificates and other documents ready.
  • Keep your phone reachable, and respond quickly when our team contacts you about an opening.
  • Practise with our guide to Preparing for Job Interviews.
