How to Enrol

The steps to join a SkillMan training programme, from your first enquiry and counselling to training, assessment and placement support.

Getting started

You do not need to have everything figured out before you contact us. Many candidates come to us unsure which course or job is right for them, and that is exactly what counselling is for. Here is how enrolment generally works.

Step 1: Send an enquiry

Choose whichever way suits you best:

  • Fill in the online training enquiry form.
  • Call us on +91 987-321-6968.
  • Email us at info@skillmaninfocorp.com.
  • Visit us at B-99, Avantika Sector-1, Rohini, Delhi – 110085, near Main Avantika Market.

Every request you send online gets a reference number. Keep it safe, because you can use it to check the status of your request on our tracking page.

Step 2: Counselling

Our counsellors will talk to you about your education, interests and strengths, and the kind of work you would like to do. Together, you will choose a sector and job role that suit you and have good demand in the job market. You can book a counselling session directly, or explore your options first with the Career Finder and the Job Role Explorer.

Step 3: Eligibility check and documents

Each programme has its own eligibility conditions, such as minimum education. Our team will check these with you and tell you which documents to bring. The Documents Checklist lists the papers candidates are usually asked for.

Step 4: Join a batch

Once your eligibility is confirmed, our counsellors will share current batch details, such as start dates, timings, and whether the programme is fee-based or offered under a government-sponsored scheme. Batches change through the year, so please rely on the latest information from your counsellor.

Step 5: Training

Your training combines classroom learning, practical work and, where suitable, online learning. Attend regularly, ask questions and practise as much as you can. Read more about Training and Assessment.

Step 6: Assessment

At the end of your training, you take an assessment to show what you have learnt. Programmes linked to a sector skill council follow that council’s assessment process.

Step 7: Placement support

After training, our placement team works to connect you with suitable openings and helps you prepare for interviews. See Placement Support for details.

A few tips

  • Keep your mobile number active so that our team can reach you.
  • Note down your reference number and the programme you enquired about.
  • Ask questions at every stage. It is your career, and you should feel confident about each decision.
