Every SkillMan programme has one aim: to make you employable. Our training is industry-relevant and job-oriented, and we customise it to what industry needs. We keep up with the latest technology and update our programmes to match current trends and industry demand.
How programmes are chosen
Every programme starts with a baseline survey of the area. It looks at mobilisation, available infrastructure, employment, competition, suitable job roles and the availability of trainers, along with a SWOT analysis for the training centre. We only offer programmes with strong market demand for employability.
Training can also be shaped around an employer’s needs. In a published testimonial, Ajay Rohilla, a General Manager, appreciated the way we customised our training to their products and brought their internal processes into our training curriculum.
How you will learn
- Classroom sessions cover the concepts, standards and procedures of your job role.
- Practical training gives you hands-on practice with the tools, equipment, software or tasks you will use at work.
- Blended learning combines online learning with hand-holding from our team. Read more about Blended Learning.
- Soft skills such as communication, teamwork and workplace conduct are part of training, because employers value them as much as technical skills.
Our training infrastructure is at a prime location in Delhi/NCR that is easy to reach by public transport.
Assessment and certification
In India, sector skill councils set the standards for job roles in their industries, in line with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF). For programmes linked to a sector skill council, assessment follows that council’s process. Assessments generally check both your knowledge and your practical ability to do the job, and candidates who meet the standard are certified.
SkillMan is affiliated to the sector skill councils for Electronics, IT-ITeS, Logistics, Media and Entertainment, and Tourism and Hospitality, and to the Skill Council for Green Jobs. Through our e-learning services, we also assist learners with reputed international third-party assessments and certifications.

Learning from every batch
After training, we carry out a detailed impact study with candidates, parents, and current and previous employers. It helps us understand gaps, successes and milestones, and keeps our programmes improving.
