Typical tasks
- Install new appliances and show customers how to use them
- Diagnose faults and replace defective parts
- Carry out routine servicing and preventive maintenance
- Explain the problem, the repair and the charges to the customer
- Update job cards or the service app after each visit
- Return replaced parts and keep a record of spares used
